To the host family Überbacher, sustainable management of nature has always been a matter of the heart. We thus support local economic cycles by preferably buying vegetables, fruit and food from local farmers and producers, we prepare the water used for the swimming pool on a salt basis and obtain a considerable part of our electricity from the hotel’s own photovoltaic system. Since 2020, we have also been a member of the Climate Neutral Alliance 2025, Region of South Tyrol Region, and thus make an active contribution to global climate protection.

With a French bed (140 x 200 cm), high-quality pine furniture and larch wood floors, these rooms offer maximum living comfort in a small area. All cuddle rooms have a refrigerator, WiFi, desk, flat screen TV with satellite connection, telephone and room safe. The spacious bathrooms have a shower, toilet, bidet and hairdryer.
With a room space of at least 33 m², the new Jonathan Suites are very spacious and comfortable. All Jonathan Suites are southwest facing and feature a large, private balcony so you can enjoy beautiful views of the apple orchards and the mountain landscape around Brixen. Built using the "Klimahaus B", construction method, the rooms feature pine furniture and natural wooden floors, conveying a feel-good atmosphere and sense of wellbeing. In summer, the ceiling cooling system also contributes to this, gently cooling the Jonathan Suites and maintaining a pleasant temperature. All rooms have a desk, a large sofa, flat screen TV and satellite connection, telephone, room safe and WiFi as well as a refrigerator. The Jonathan Suite price includes a reserved parking space in the garage.
The Junior Suite offers generous space on 30 m2 and with furniture made of solid stone pine and natural wood floors in oak a high level of equipment. From your own south-west balcony enjoy a wonderful view over the apple plateau, to the Ploseberg and to the Villanderer Alm. Comfort equipment includes fridge, WiFi, satellite TV, flat screen TV, telephone, safe, desk and a comfortable sofa. The spacious bathroom offers toilet / bidet, shower and hairdryer.
