The Hotel Greif, facing the Walther’s Square, the main one in Bolzano, is right in the city centre. Member of Designhotels, it shows itself as a warming place where people can feel comfortable and breath the art. Renovated in 2000, internal spaces had been completely redesign to let guests enjoy your personal experience in the hotel. The 33 rooms had been designed with loving attention to details: the waxed dark brown Wengé wood floors, the hand-woven Iranian Gabbeh carpets, the original and completely renovated furniture Bidermeier style. Some of them give a gorgeous view on Walther’s Square, others on the internal court or on the Dolomites. Each room is equipped with 210 cm long beds, marble bathrooms with bathtub, Whirpool or steam bath. Natural amenites, soft bathrobe and terry slippers, interactive TV and high speed Wi-Fi Internet access. The breakfast room offers a wide range of genuine products: home-made cakes and jams, but also biological and local products. A breezy terrace is the perfect place to savour breakfast while enjoying an extraordinary view on the Sciliar Mountain, part of the Catinaccio/Rosengarten massive. The Grifoncino Cocktail Bar and the Rooftop Lounge are a unique place made of design and multimedia elements. Hotel as well as local guests enjoy tasting exclusive cocktails created by our barman Christian Gruber. Bolzano is easy to reach by train, the hotel is just 100 m far from the main train station, as well as by car, only 10 minutes from the A22 highway Bolzano sud/Bozen Süd exit. Once reached the city centre, our guests can park their car in the public parking P3 under Walther’s Square and have direct access into the hotel with the private lift.
